Pokud v textu emailu, který vám dorazil není výslovně uvedeno jinak, nemá tento text charakter potvrzení o obsahu uzavírané smlouvy (obchodního potvrzovacího dopisu) ve smyslu § 1757 zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., v aktuálním znění, ani potvrzení obchodně potvrzovacího dopisu zaslaného protistranou. Pro závaznost obchodního potvrzovacího dopisu zaslaného společností MOJU properties s.r.o. je nezbytné, aby byl obsah tohoto dopisu společností MOJU properties s.r.o. výslovně potvrzen a aby bylo výslovně uvedeno, že se jedná o stvrzení obsahu uzavírané smlouvy (obchodně potvrzovací dopis).

Besides from the case that the text in this email explicitly indicates the opposite, this text does not have the character of a confirmationon the contract content (business confirmation letter), in sense of article 1757 of act no. 89/2012 Coll. (civil code as amended), neither it represents confirmation of the business confirmation letter of the counterpart. A message sent by the company MOJU properties s.r.o. shall be considered to be a binding business confirmation letter sent by the MOJU properties s.r.o. company, only in case that the textof the message explicitly indicates so and that there as an explicit confirmation that the message is confirmation of the contract content (business confirmation letter).
